Always helpful and professional. Needed a scan to satisfy the requirements of holiday insurance and was able to get this action very quickly with surgery all staff were helpful including receptionist who made it a very easy process. Staff are always friendly and willing to go that little extra further. Would highly recommend as a GP practice. I’ve always been able to gett an appointment either by telephone triage or just popping down to the surgery. | ||||||

Called Friday for my blood results i was told to call back after 3 as the doctor has not seen them. I called at 4:30 for my results so gave them more time to get the doctor to see them when i called again at 4:30 the doctor has not seen them still and the receptionist said now you'll have to call back Monday for them I said no I was told to phone after 3 and now its 4:30 and the doctor still has not seen them, the receptionist said she will get the doctor to look at them after her patients and call me back, It was now about 5:45 and said has the doctor seen them yet the receptionist said no you'll have to call back Monday now which I called back Monday to be told by a receptionist that my results was not even back yet. I said on Friday I was told by 2 receptionist that they was back now you are telling me they are not she said i can get the doctor to call you back on Friday which I would have to wait even longer for them i said no its fine. Called back today on Tuesday for them said they has seen 2 of them and 1 still out standing. I said I am also waiting for my swab results too. She said they are not back yet. I had my swab done before I had my bloods done so not sure whats happened. The receptionists really don't know what they are on about clearly can't be bothered as they was trying to get me off and didn't really care, its not hard to get a doctor to look at them. I work in a doctors surgery myself all i wanted to know was my results and to know if there was anything wrong. | ||||||
