It’s so funny how when awards are involved, the phone was being answered so politely. And now don’t pick the phone up for past 3 days. Resulted in me going to the surgery and I called from outside to walk in and find 2 receptionists doing nothing at the desks. Dealing with absolutely no one or anything. Receptionists answer is no appointments. Despite this it does not mean you can’t answer the phones and inform patients. After moaning a cancellation appointment was magically found. Surgery or should I say the receptionists are appalling. Rude, uncaring individuals. I really think the receptionists need reminding what there job roles involve. Don’t be in a role that relies on caring and listening to patients problems if your not interested in the first place. | ||||||

Was supposed to receive a call from PAYAL SEMBHI but did not receive at the time allocated. Called many times again but no notes on file noone knew what was going on. Disgraceful behaviour from professionals and very un organised! | ||||||
