Not happy with the service provided by the practise. The receptionist are nice and polite.
Feel frustrated as the telephone lines are always engaged or call is not answered when you require an appointment. Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Even if you go in person it’s difficult to get an appointment. The gp’s practice cannot accommodate the patients needs and yet keep on registering new patients.
They need to employ or take on more Gp’s. |

Almost every visit to this place has been a horrible experience. Never on time , staff rude , doctors don’t care about your condition. I’m looking to change surgeries now. |
