the secretary is rude condescending the doctor will not listen to plee for help because they know all the medical research so why both. | ||||||

Had to change doctors as I was constantly being fobbed off either by the bad mannered reception staff or the Doctors themselves. Absolutely no chance of getting a face to face appointment, even after the covid emergency period has ended.The wait of nearly three weeks for a mere telephone consultation was the last straw. | ||||||
