I’ve been with Cumberland House surgery for over 28 years. Like every GP surgery there are always going to be minor frustrations or the odd issue that needs resolution. I have found the practice to be excellent for myself and my children. They have provided consistent thorough care through pregnancies, monitoring several long term health conditions and urgent responses to blips with mental health or if the children have ever been poorly I’ve found the team to be kind, caring and responsive. Often going above and beyond I would highly recommend them as a GP practice. | ||||||

Went through multiple hoops for an initial consultation, and the doctor asked me to return if the treatment was unsuccessful. Now have to go through another screening process in order to get a follow up appt. Meanwhile, while waiting I will run out of the maintenance drugs and no doubt my condition will regress. They seem to be running the process for their convenience, and treating all patients as idiots. Looking for another practice!!!! | ||||||
