AWFULL!! takes a long time to get through, only option of booking appointments is to call at 8 am and wait on hold, when you eventually get through then likely the appointments are gone for that day. They do not take appointments dates in advance, only on the day. not everyone can be available at 8am everyday to wait on hold, not everyone has someone that can do that on their behalf, some of us have to work to pay for the services we cannot access. online registration is complicated and you have to go into the surgery anyway to get a code to register on line, after you've jumped through those hoops, you still cannot book an appointment online in advance either as the online service says the surgery is not accepting appointments at the moment...back to the beginning, its a circus!. Its as if its designed to make it so difficult to see a doctor, you'll give in. If it were a private business it would not survive! I feel for the doctors and staff who work there, they've always been polite and helpful whenever I've dealt with them but they clearly overloaded and under funded. |

I informed whilst on a pre-med for an op that a possible angina problem was noted on my records and hed been for a number of years. The only time I had chest pains was due to having asthma being very stressed and rushing to get to work on one occasion spoke to the doctor about this and he decided without any proper testing that I had angina, I was never informed about it and over the years had taken out travel insurance believing I had disclosed all my medical issues, I am just lucky I didnt have to make a claim. Having chased the matter for years I was eventually sent to a specialist who stated that my weight blood pressure etc with meds was text book and that I did not have Angina I spoke to a member of staff about another issue today and was informed that angina was still on my medical records, it is impossible to e mail or send a fax to the practice manager, and nobody is interested in my issue. I would just like my records to accurate and honest and irrespective of my efforts and a report from a heart specialist the practice took no notice at all, I had a holiday in February this year after telling my insurance provider that I dont have angina, I dont know if the practice is being deliberately obtuse or just cant cre less. |

I had a problem with my knee which was extremely painful. I rang and after a little wait got an appointment that day as soon as they could fit me in. I saw the doctor who was amazing. So caring and made me feel that she wanted to help |
