I rang last Tuesday, 10th September to ask to speak to the doctor, regarding colonoscopy carried out on 29th August but had heard nothing from the practice.
Rang again this morning, Monday, 16th September, to be told that a call would be made on Wednesday, 18th September.
This doesn't seem very satisfactory, considering I have not received any call or information from last week's call yet.
Perhaps calls could be responded to in a more efficient manner please. |

Things are gradually opening up here in Chester but not for patients at Northgate Village Surgery,no more ringing at 8 and if you were lucky getting an appointment that day or a few days later. Now you can do everything on line we’re told that’s fine if unlike me you are computer literate, the other way to talk to a GP is by telephone call I asked for one the other day regarding my medication receptionist said only one available was in 5 weeks yes you heard right 5weeks Absolutely no way can you now see a GP without them inviting you in after the online consultation or phone call,I really feel the surgery has gone down hill and people are going to be missed with this new system |
