Can’t see a GP at all just a paramedic over the phone if the receptionist seems your problem bad enough. Always a mess up with prescriptions no one passes messages on , do they ever read incoming post from hospitals etc about your health and act upon it NO!! Useless still living off the back of covid whilst some of us have worked all the way through it as frontline staff | ||||||

I have been at this practice for over 30 years. The service has definitely been getting worse in the last few years. I have to say when people told me about waiting for a doctors appointments I used to laughed. I used to ring Abbey Dale and get an appointment on the same day. Those days are gone, don`t even bother trying to see a doctor, you might get a phone call. I have only good words for the nurses and in my experience the reception staff are friendly but it is called a doctors surgery and unfortunately the doctors here are a waste of space. | ||||||

This Surgery has been going down hill for years. The doctors don't have any time for their patients. When you do get to see a doctor they don't listen to the issues you have. Would be better off telling my pet bird my medical problems, least she would listen. Avoid this doctors surgery. I plan on moving to a more reliable & responsible surgery soon. | ||||||
