Good luck with this place you try to book an appointment it's a literal lottery as to if you'll get one, if your kot among the lucky 50 to call at 8 on the dot then you will have to call back tomorrow since they only take day of appointments, you cant book ahead, and seem to want to do anything but actually help get you better. receptionist is rude and unhelpful having once told my partner to stop calling when trying to book an appointment for himself | ||||||

Been a patient at Bridgend since birth, never had any problems. Can usually get an appointment same day, if not a telephone consultation. Doctors always take their time during consulting, and diagnose/prescribe/treat well. I'm lucky to have such a great NHS doctors surgery. | ||||||
