I changed to this practice quite recently so have only recently experienced the excellence of patient care at the practice . From the ease of accessing appointments to the personal touch of having someone call you through personally ( as opposed to a flashing screen ) and the care and professionalism shown by the team ( and I had a home visit - my friends were incredulous at this , ) cannot praise this surgery highly enough, I felt I was cared for as an individual and every process and test was explained fully . Friendly and attentive staff.
