Just want to say a big thank you to everyone at the surgery - receptionists, nursing team and doctors for the great job they do. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and efficient and it really is appreciated. | ||||||

Can get appointments and tests done in a reasonable length of time

Seems to have improved over the years.
The reception team are fabulous as they are friendly and helpful despite having to deal with a large number of queries in one go and frequently difficult or complex patients.
Nurses and HCA are very respectful and put you at ease.
A mixture of doctors some of which I prefer more than others but individuals should form their own view.
I can usually get an appointment when needed though a few more online pre-bookable on an evening would be a bonus.
Clinics often run a little late but this is probably due to patients taking more than 10 minutes rather than the GP themselves and it is usually an acceptable and expected amount of time. | ||||||
