Have been with this doctors for years, you can always get an appointment or speak to someone. I have recently had the experience of another GP practise (for a family member) in Chester le street and this has made me realise just how good and accommodating this doctors surgery is. Keep up the good work | ||||||

I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and hello. The nurse was passing through the surgery and aske hie I was which was lovely. Alway when I see the doctor I never feel hurried am always shown empathy. We discuss how I am and am given the relevant medication. I have always gone to this surgery and never had a bad experience. Thank you all. A special thank you to the doctors for looking after me all of these years. Anyone thinking about joining this medical group just do it they are brilliant | ||||||

The doctors know their stuff. They try to run on time, but sometimes patients, such as myself present with complications or have another condition which is triggered by the treatment for the original condition. GP's take their time to gain information and will refer quickly if they think it's needed. Most of the doctors are approachable. They explain things well and if they need more insight they follow up on things.
I would definitely recommend this practice as the GP's are good. Sometimes they seem a little distracted, but overall they are caring, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, supportive and appear to be constantly striving to improve things. A
Some of the nurses are lovely and very understanding, but can also be very patronising.
Receptionist have their moments. Some are helpful and some are a bit to up themselves. Other prefer to continue their conversations rather than deal with patients. | ||||||
