I have been with this practice for 48 years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention I have received. The Doctors go out of their way to make you feel that you have been listened to and I have every confidence in them. I had breast cancer a few years ago and I believe that it's thanks to their care and prompt action that I am here 17 years later.
One of the Doctors gives up her free time to run a fitness class for those who are not so fit as a preventative measure. This is over and beyond what I would expect of my local GP. |

I tried to get seen by doctors for my 5 month old baby who has had an operation at 3 weeks old. Got a letter from RVI explaining our needs, receptionist ignored my request and told me to go home and wait for a phone call from a doctor! I asked only few minutes to check baby’s bladder, how on earth can a doctor do that through phone?! Tried to get a doctor at station medical group as well, same story. Been walking around pharmacy’s for advice, all of them been sending me to gp! Only gp ignoring patients! It’s ridiculous how ignorant receptionist at gp! Reply from Waterloo Medical Group Wed, 14 Mar 2018 08:28:03 Z Thank you for taking the time to post. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service but maybe we didn't explain what was happening well enough. Your case was judged to be needing to be seen that day and the doctors who deal with emergency cases will have been given your details and would have been ringing you to either give advice if that is what you wanted or arrange a face to face appointment that day. We cannot operate a walk in clinic as it would result in very long waits so you would be given a specific time to be seen so you would have little or no wait. I am sorry that you have been upset by the thought that your baby would not be seen. |

After receiving a letter from the practice for us to make appointment for my wife's test results. When I contacted to make the appointment was only given a telephone appointment. Seems like every time we try to get appointment we always get told to call at 8 in the morning, when we do to get told to phone 8 in the morning as no appointments are available. |
