First time i have been to this surgery. I went for a new patient review the person i saw was so rude and unprofessional. Complaining how hungry they were. Forgot to ask for my specimen . I had to prompt them. They then asked me if i smoked to which i replied i stopped 1 and half years ago. They then asked if i drank alcohol to which i said the odd glass of wine about to a week. I was then told (GOD HOW BORING ARE YOU) i just cant believe it im still fuming the next morning. Surely drs surgerys should be pleased when they discover that a new patient doesnt smoke or drink. Think this member of staff needs some training on people skills im sure their superiors would be horrified to discover they talk to patients in this way. Monday rang for appointment 8.30 all gone, rang 3.30 to see if any cancellations, none, was told to ring the hub, explained I will be driving at 5 could I not just make an appointment or can I call in to make an appointment, no you must ring, I drove to the carpark rang at 5.10 to be told all appointments gone ring at 8.15 the next day. Tuesday I ring at 8.15 all appointments are gone, so I have to suffer longer with this condition, which is a feeling of depression and anxiety, no being able to speak to a doctor or get help is only adding to this, I can't believe that every appointment has gone |

I’ve not been a member of this practise very long having recently moved house, but the difference in the service and access to treatment is brilliant
The Doctors, Nurses and administrative staff are all approachable and though they are busy they take an interest in me my medical issues my whole family are now within this practise they go above and beyond my expectations.
