We use the Seaton delaval site which is unutterably bad, in comparison the Brockwell staff are helpful and great, the issue with the delaval is getting them to answer the phone, a few months back I needed to make an appointment for a child, I phoned from 8 AM until 10 AM then I walked to the surgery, to stand outside to see people walking about drinking tea whilst the phones rang out, I put the phone down I was carrying and the ringing stopped so it was me on the phone being ignored, so I phoned Brockwell and asked them to call the Delaval branch and light a fire under them, since then we only use the Delaval branch when there is no alternative, it needs a total staff change in my opinion or closed just to bring it to a conclusion, it's truly awful, a joke but it's basically not funny, | ||||||

For the disabled this website and Valens are as much use as an ashtray on a motor bike. Their management of usernames is useless after being given a new password they then tell you must change it before you can use the website. but do not tell you how or give any clue. If You submit comments you are expected to accept their moderation rules terms and conditions without knowing what they are! We were better off with quill pens. Or Valens for that matter. | ||||||
