This surgery has very friendly knowledgeable team. Who are more than happy to help. They have went above & beyond for me. Don’t listen to other bad reviews see the surgery for itself. It’s trying to please everyone & trying to get in to the digital era. Which they are doing. They have introduced an evening & weekend service. They also do listen to feedback & assist where they can. I wouldn’t change my surgery as this one ticks all the boxes. The doctor team are fantastic and are really up to date on medical practises. My partner has just moved to this surgery because of the care that I receive. | ||||||

I can’t believe this surgery do not syringe ears any more. Patients have to go and pay for an ear solution and syringe own ears. Not sure how I am going to check to see if it’s all out.
Seems like this surgery is doing less and less these days. Here’s hoping I don’t perforate my ear drum of there could be a claim | ||||||
