Called in to surgery to re arrange an appointment that had previously been cancelled by surgery. I called i as i was unable to get through via phone. The lady that served me was very polite and helpful and tried her very very best to get me an appointment as soon as possible, even give me options for other surgeries. Very happy with the service on this occasion from Dudley surgery. | ||||||

I had to wait over three weeks for this appt only to have it moved to another day with a different doctor and also at a different practice. Once I had my appt, it was decided that I needed bloods taken but unfortunately the doctor doesn’t do this (why I don’t know) so this meant booking another appointment with the nurse a week later. So all in all it has taken nearly a month to be seen and have bloods taken. This is an unacceptable wait time. Depending on my results, this may be taken further. | ||||||
