Can’t fault this practice. Moved to them around 18 months ago and since then I have had no problems with repeat prescriptions, booking appointments or accessing advice from the team. A real breath of fresh air compared to past experiences. I would highly recommend this surgery. |

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and can honestly rate it as excellent. They strive to offer the best possible service for patients. I have always been impressed by any and all of the staff. One particular doctor is a family favourite with his professional and in-depth knowledge. I am never concerned who my appointment will be with as all the doctors are good. I have recently been seen by another doctor, lovely lady, great maner. She listened and I didn't feel rushed at all. Gave clear thoughts on the problems presented and how this could be investigated further. Obtained a follow up in a timely manner and presented the results clearly. Couldn't ask for more in a practice. |

I struggled to give this Surgery 2 Stars. Moved to the Area a Year ago. Still not yet seen a Doctor in my hole time being a patient. I have to have medication for a heart condition as well as high blood pressure. I used to get my Meds monthly and all together. Since moving hear i get most my meds every 2 months and 1 tablet i have to get monthly. And fill a request form to get this tablet moved to 2 monthly. When ive never had a problem getting all my meds together at my previous Surgery. I should of had a yearly meds Review and blood test due in April 2019.
Yes i missed an appointment that they sent me out in April for August. I never received a text Reminder near to the appointment date. Ive now been given another opportunity to get my bloods done at the end of September. I dont think this Surgery is a patient caring practice. Ill be looking to making a formal complaint to the NHS about the Standards this Surgery covers |
