Today we had to contact the surgery re: a patient who has moved to London. The response from the staff was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Rarely do we encounter such well trained staff. It is a credit to your organisation. We wish other surgeries were as good. Dunns Chemist Cranford TW5 9TY | ||||||

The worst and terrible GP Center I have ever seen. People in the reception have no respect for patients.They don't care about what you need and what you want. They shouting on you, Before your are done to tollking, they hang off phone on you. You book an appointment with an especific doctor, another one call you even you have waited two extra weeks to reach the doctor you want; of course phone call first and for rebooking, you have to wait one or two weeks again . Appointment regularly changing with out properly notice or reasons. Doctors in this Center putting you in rush, they are not listen to patients. When you want discuses your illness they say one issue only on one appointment. You have to book another appointment for your next questions. To book an appointment you are facing many terrible thing you can never imagine. Doctors in this center asking you image of your visible illness but never call you back to discuss it. They telling you they want to book appointment for further research in hospital but never they done it for you. They advised me for an issue to emergency of Coventry Hospital, in the hospital I have been told it was not nessessary to attend hospital for such a problem and waiting here more than 5 hours; your GP could have helped you for it. They were shocked why Meridian sent me for such a issue to hospital. I really feed up with the terrible service in Meridian. When you tolking to the staff, they simply say: go and complain; of course when you make a complain nobody care about your complaint. | ||||||
