Having lived in the area now for nearly 16yrs, we have been well cared for as a family from all the staff at Springwells. We feel like friends rather than just a patient when we or the children needed to visit. Every one really makes us feel welcome and puts us at ease. Our experience with all the team is very positive and like to take this opportunity to thank them all for there self sacrificing spirit especially during this pandemic. Having the pharmacy on hand and again lovely staff really is a bonus. Please take and hope you all keep safe. Very warm wishes, G W. | ||||||

I have lived in Folkingham for 18 months &was a 79year old & my wife is 75 I don't think we could have a better doctors practice any where .Also the ladies at the pharmacy are excellent first class service John Robinson | ||||||

This is a lovely GP surgery - the best one I have ever been to. The thing that really stands out is that I feel that my GP has a genuine interest and care in my health. She is friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely listens to me, offer me an option of treatments (where appropriate) and when I needed to be referred on to hospital for specialist input, I was able to pick which hospital I went to. Even though it is a fairly busy surgery with a lot of patients, I have always been able to get an appointment fairly quickly and with the online appointment system, it's easy to see all upcoming appointments.
