My wife and I have been registered with this surgery for the last eleven years. In all this time we have never not been able to get an appointment within a couple of days. We have found that all the doctors/Nurses that we have had to come in contact with have always been polite, caring and always have our best interests in mind.
I have had severe arthritis for several years and the Doctors have always sent me to the best available specialists for all my ailments.
Every person, be they receptionists, Nurses, Doctors, Clerics or typists all deserve a round of applause for running a first class surgery/clinic.

My family have been registered with Swineshead Surgery for a few years now, on behalf of my partner who has a on going life condition all I can say that all the staff are excellent, pleasant and always try to help the best possible way. My partner has also had homecare from Swineshead nurses outstanding and very professional. Thank you to all the staff for all that they do. I think that this surgery could improve the services it provides to patients by having a Registered Chiropodist or Podiatrist on the premises.
We had heard rumours that the other foot care person was leaving and were looking forward to being able to see a Chiropodist, locally, as the nearest one is in Kirton. Unfortunately, we now have yet another non-chiropodist doing footcare.
Those of us that have Health Insurance can't get our fees refunded as these practitioners' qualifications are not recognised by the insurers.
So really it's cheaper for us to go to travel to Kirton where we can get a receipt that will be honoured.
Maybe the surgery could look at engaging a Registered Chiropodist next time? | ||||||
