I have been in agony with my arms, since I had the Covid vaccine, 7 months ago, tried different medication physio to no avail, then saw Dr Roberts, he was an angel, three hours after taking medication, it was like a miracle, I was so grateful, however, my husband was given an appointment for his INR, 2 months ahead, but was told there wasn’t any appointments on the computer, so we were given a date, but no time, I’ve just spent 30 mins on phone to get a time, and then received our medication with one item being missed, which I’m puzzled, as I tick items off, as I give them in, but maybe, I missed it, but at least on the old system, I spoke to the pharmacist, so I knew, all items were ordered, but now I speak to nobody, and the time I receive items, we are already desperate, and panicking, hoping to get them in time, which I find really frustrating, otherwise, we are still quite happy with surgery Regards S Dixon |

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly but I had phoned with two issues that were concerning me and was told that I could only be booked in for one of them! Thus necessitating the need for another call. This seems counterproductive to me as I’m now going to have to tie up the phone for a second time. You used to be able to book a double appointment if you had more than one problem and it worked very well. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and it’s efficiency. |

Very good Doctors and surgery, unfortunately let down by a receptionist who could deal with people a little better and not be quite so brusque. I understand the rules about booking an appointment, but do not appreciate being talked down to as if I am stupid. A simple, polite enquiry was met with a less than stellar attitude and reply. Reply from Gosberton Medical Centre Fri, 02 Aug 2019 14:34:18 +0100 Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on our surgery and for the positive feedback about the care our hardworking doctors and staff give. We are taking your concerns regarding our receptionists very seriously. We have arranged for independent professional customer service training for all our front-line staff, including our receptionists, to improve the quality of their interaction and communication with patients which is booked for 07.08.19. We would like to investigate the events of your individual case fully and it would be helpful if you would be able to contact our Practice Manager, Mrs Dorota Kawynia-Kaczor, at your earliest convenience to assist her with this.
