I started calling at8am ... Closed 8.05 closed I then spent 48 minutes on hold this is disgusting I will be looking to move doctors my iphone has logged 52 attempts to get through this morning | ||||||

for such a big & busy surgery i think they have 1 phone between them, tried calling for appointments only to find the line busy non stop for hours, they have managed to create a good surgery with good staff only to be let down by lack of phone staff | ||||||
