Very poor practise now it has been taken over by Adderley Green, it wasn’t all that good before it was slipping but now my God, do they actually have doctors working there or are they all virtual, and they are not very good at that. The reception staff are not very polite when you do eventually get through on the phone.......you are number 12 in the queue, total waste of time to try and get an appointment by the time you have waited on the phone all appointments if any where there in the first place have gone, you have to tell the reception first what is the matter and she will decide whether or not a doctor needs to see you. I’m a diabetic and haven’t seen a diabetic nurse for 12 months. COVID is with us and we have to learn how to live with it but this surgery has practically closed its doors there are some things that cannot be sorted with Video call, that’s if they call. What doctors actually work there now |
