I went to the sexual health clinic with pain and symptoms of something I’ve had previously, so after being one of the first 5 of about 25 people in the walk in centre I waited 2 hours to basically get told ‘if it gets worse come back’ of which it was bad enough otherwise I wouldn’t have taken the trip there in the first place..I was offered no medication for symptoms of which I have had before at another clinic without being fobbed off... I went to another clinic the day after in the next town and straight away after I done a urine sample and told the doctor of my symptoms he prescribed me the medication I needed there on the spot after waiting only a mere 30 mins .. that showed me the level of incompetence at the Coventry health centre, it’s disgusting | ||||||

The apology that you gave me for the cancelled appointment don't mean a thing to me as I've heard the apologies in the past. I gave this review & in no way meant as a feed back. This is me making other people aware of the poor service that virgin don't care offers there patients. Anyone who is thinking of registering with the doctors at the city of Coventry healthcare think again. They should be rename the city of Coventry don't care | ||||||
