I have submitted my repeated prescription on 10th of January!No reply yet on 14th of January. It's repeated prescription for Levothyroxin , I have had thyroid cancer! |

I have now been waiting over the phone for 1hour15 mins. it is 3 pm. I started at No3 and over one hour later 15 mins I am still at no. 1. I cannot believe that they are spending more than 30 mins a caller. They just cannot be bothered picking the phone. Appalling. |

The nurse/doctor was extremely rude to me. I was advised by my pharmacist I could have an infection and to be seen. I never go to the go or a walk in centre unless I absolutely have to. Anyway I told her and all she did is check my breathing didn’t check my throat. That’s not even the worst bit my jacket for stuck I feel very weak and I couldn’t open it at the point she got very rude and frustrated. Oh I can’t check ur breathing if u don’t take ur jacket off. She made me feel mortified. How are you taking my blood pressure and asking me to get up? Doesn’t it defeat the purpose if I move. Unprofessional unkind no compassion for patience using the walk in centre. She didn’t even try to even say my name correctly. Why walk in places like this if you hate people? The reception staff was lovely but that’s it. |
