An excellent appointment with Nurse Mary for my injection today, was put so at ease she is a great asset to the surgery | ||||||

This surgery is awful it’s extremely hard to get appointments and when you call for an appointment you can easily wait up to 30 mins.
The reason I came in was due to a knee operation which means I need long term care as it extremely hurts at times. When I went to my appointment I asked for painkillers and the doctor seeing me told me they can’t give me any because they haven’t seen me before & they “don’t have time to look at my notes”. She ended up telling me weight loss is the main solution to my problem even though this is an issue from when I was 14/15 and I’m now 18 and a little over weight, it was a lazy solution rather than giving proper advice and I would not recommend her to anyone as I don’t think she has the patients best interests at heart . The doctor didn’t seem to take my requests seriously and told me to go for an X-ray which I’ve had 2 times previously. I think this surgery needs to make great improvements. | ||||||
