My Mum is registered at this surgery but their customer services is very poor as well as managing medication when you request on the new app. When you raise issues they dismiss as they try to defend instead they supposed to investigate the matter. I raised a complaint but I am still waiting almost a year no reply. The way they manage appointments and general stuff is outdated as there is no accountability because there are young girls at the reception who don’t care what is going on or don’t know what they are doing. Change must to happen or management must be changed ASAP. |

Worst GP. Please do not go to them. I have suffered over the past 1 year due to Missed investigations or delayed actions on the investigations that were already delayed. The final straw has been when they took 3 months to share my medical records with the insurance company. They have still not done it despite multiple emails, calls and complaints resorting me to complain on google. The most negligent and complacent bunch there is. Please save yourselves from them. I am finally cunag8ng my GP, which I should have done long ago. |

I had a telephone consultation with the Doctor,& I felt comfortable dealing with my concerns in this way, from the safety of my home. I have seen the Nurse since the lock down & everyone was distanced & the Nurse was wearing protective equipment. As usual the Staff were very helpful. |
