This G.P. practice needs a thorough undercover investigation & assessment URGENTLY!!! before a worst case scenario happens to some poor soul. All of the nurses are fine, but the majority of the Doctors & receptionists need to take more of a patients point of view. These aren't Doctors, they are Dictators. Give them a call & listen to their pre-recorded introduction message. It's like being spoken to from a school headmaster from the 70's, it's demoralising & makes you feel like an uneducated lower classed citizen. Do yourselves a favour, if someone has given you attitude do NOT take it out on the next person or patients. |

I think the nursing staff are so efficient and friendly and go out of their way to fit you in for an appointment or treatment they are so genuine and really care about their patients and help their colleagues out when they can I call this being dedicated to the job they make such a difference in supporting the individual patient and you don't feel so isolated knowing they are always there to answer any queries you have |

I’ve been registered at Newhall Surgery now for 3+ years and in that time I have found the surgery and it’s staff offer a very good service.
I can ring for pre bookable appointmebts 5 weeks in advance which is useful to organise an appointment which will cause the least disruption for my employer I.e very early morning from 7am or late evening after 6.30pm.
On occasions I have needed to use the same day booking system ringing on the day at 8am and have always been offered an appointment even if this is on the surgeries emergence sit and wait service.
All the staff from receptionists to Doctors I have always found to be extremely helpful and always seem to go that extra mile.
All in all Newhall Surgery offer a good all round service. |
