Can never get though all lines on answer phone - says open for emergency only and phone says contact 111 - 111 do not have access to patient records so not helpful - results line also goes to voicemail mail then doesn’t leave enough time to leave name and telephone number for a call back - ? Complete waste of time - I’ve emailed the surgery I’ve 8 weeks ago and had no response at all ? Totally inadequate service. | ||||||

Inept, uncaring, GP's never there. Appointments impossible. No one answers the phone, so accessing this surgery is not possible. Just go straight to A&E, it's quicker | ||||||

I advise you to stay away if your life is important to you. We pay taxes on such useless places. Employees arrogant, rude and even impudent. If there is something uncomfortable for them, they will telling you to change the surgery. They lie straight in the eyes, make up strange stories while you wait. If you call, forget that whatever you can arrange. I even got the information that if something hurts me more, l have to go to the hospital (really, don't I have the right to visit my own surgery? Better to take a place at A&E that could be of use to a more needy person? | ||||||
