The doctor treated me as a young woman going in with my aunt with a urine infection with such disrespect and judgment claiming I may have multiple stis because I have had intercouse like it was obvious I had a uti and he basically had shamed me and then later after a urine sample just being a uti he once again reminded me what could of happened if it was an stir which are in no relation and then later did not even tell me what I did have after walking out the appointment I had to search what my medicine was for and it was uti just as I guessed. Excellent service, prompt and efficient. Got an appointment on line at the weekend for 48 hrs later. Booked in and seen on time. My wife was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer five years ago. It has been a long road to where we are now. If it wasn't for the GP who insisted that my wife had an endoscopy she would not be here today. The road has been very bumpy along the way, but Castle Medical Group has always been there for us. Sorting out all the medical needs and providing the support we needed.
Whenever I has needed medical care, Castle Medical Group has always provided a first rate service.
Well done to you all, from the reception team that are always efficient and friendly to the medical team that provide an excellent caring service - thank you! | ||||||
