Since we moved here in 2019 we have had excellent service from beacon medical practice. The reception is as quick and as effective as possible. Triage appointments are usually available on the same day and treatments agreed. Onward referrals are done ASAP and staff are very efficient |

You simply can’t get an appointment. They no longer accept telephone appointments, you have to sit and wait. If I could upload a picture the queue is half way down the car park. So when you’ve waited 57 minutes in the queue to be told they’re all gone for today is a joke. Place needs shutting down. A new management system needs to be in place to run the practice better. |

I have never known a doctors like this .. I would not even give a star . Refused to give medication, which I have been on for years. Having asthma and copd... Been trying to make an appointment but you have to phone at 8 am everyday...Still no appointment... Prescription not been signed in 6 days of putting inn ..or they forgot... |
