Whilst the doctors and nurses are extremely good, the appointments system is absolutely inflexible and it is "Mission Impossible" to try and get a suitable appointment. I tried booking an appointment online and there were only 2 appointments, all of them extremely early in the morning. My husband was very ill the other day and he had to literally beg for an appointment. I don't know how people who work can get appointments, I don't understand where all the rest of the appointments for the day have gone. I understand that this surgery is 2 doctors short, but I wouldn't of thought it would of affected the appointments that much. They cannot blame the "holidaymakers" for it this time, because it's now October. I've already sent a complaint letter to the practice, all I got was an apology and a standard letter sent back explaining their complicated appointment booking system. Yes, I would change doctors, but I am a captive audience as this is the only one in the catchment area. Very frustrated and unhappy with the whole matter. :( | ||||||

Had request for Co-dydramol declined,seen the doctor ,June 29for pain in my leg,was told to take pain killer 2 x 4 aday,was not offered any prescription for tablets,had been taking my husbands to get pain relief,which has been a problem now for 3 weeks,this this decline was unfair,as no appointments availed,,went to skegnee hospital,on the 25 July with this problem,waited 4hours,took blood test and blood pressure,told go to own doctor,,cannot even get an appointment, | ||||||
