I moved to Lincoln and to this practice after having lived for years in other places in UK and being a registered patient with other Practices. There are no perfect doctors/nurses/patients and hence no perfect Practices. I have found the receptionists and the doctors in Richmond Medical Centre to be far better than the ones I have encountered in my previous Practices. I think we need to be careful in criticising harshly these people whenever our experience falls short of our high expectations, as everyone in NHS seems to be working under immense pressure. We should stick behind our National Health Service and our local services. |

Had been waiting for blood results but couldn't find them on the on-line system. Rang surgery and a very pleasant receptionist explained why they weren't on the system but said she would check with doctor and ring me back. She did this within a few minutes. Exceptional service |

I used the Accrux messaging service to discuss concerns regarding my mother. I received a text message from a GP who advised a GP would visit my mother in her care home with a given timescale. I was able to be present and we were seen by Dr Mistry. Dr Mistry was extremely helpful and reassuring. He spent time discussing our concerns and spoke to the care staff too. We now have a plan of care and we were very impressed. |
