It takes 1 calender month to get a face to face appointment at the Calverton practice and the Labour Party today said that a 2 week wait was unacceptable but we have to wait twice as long in Calverton. Pathetic. | ||||||

I transferred from Highcroft to Calverton. I don’t know why it took me so long first off, this surgery has been so underdog me as I’m from the United States and we do things do differently and being an ex hospice nurse I’m so pleased with every one I’ve met, I had several strokes a few years back and still panic over things but no matter what the staff are polite and understanding and guide me to where I need to be in the surgery. I only had one Hickup with a secretary but nothing big I could see she was stressed so closed my mouth and sat down! I would highly recommend this whole surgery and I’m not the one to say that about anything. Thank you all. | ||||||

I Go regularly to the surgery to see the Dr, I suffer severe depression and anxiety, and have always been treated with courtesy and respect, I think all the staff are lovely I think its the best practice that I have been under and feel everyone goes out of their way to look after you and your needs, I think the same day triage service is very good and very reassuring to have as are the birthday reviews, I can't recommend this practice enough living or moving into the catchment area thank you . | ||||||
