Values procedure over patient care to the point of endangering those they are meant to care about. Threatened to not prescribe a new patients medication, that they had been on for 25 years, immediately without a withdrawal. This caused the patient a severe dip in mood to the point of considering suicide. Made remarks about how bad the local MHT were and 'wished me luck' getting help from them. Prescribed a film coated tablet that would cause me to go into anaphylactic shock. Gave me a diet sheet filled with foods I had already told him I CAN NOT EAT whilst fobbing me off with an IBS diagnosis without considering all alternatives like BAM or Celiac disease which were both mentioned at the original consultation 2 weeks ago. | ||||||

I feel lucky to be with CAISTER medical centre west rd.Receptionists always friendly and happy to help.Never had a problem getting an appointment,and always had a phone call when needed.Another very nice doctor is at the surgery Dr Pannell who is my doctor,very easy to talk to.Excellant Service Thank You to All | ||||||
