Visited my nominated GP with a Skin irritation/condition. I explained the symptoms to the GP and he examined the areas of concern and provided a diagnosis and a prescription for curative creams to treat the condition. During the consultation he also suggested I was in the age group for which a "shingles" 'jab' was available, to which I readily agreed and he duly administered this and I went on my merry way as a thoroughly delighted customer.

This is an excellent practise. All staff from receptionists to gp's are very kind, professional,helpful and put you at ease. Never had a problem getting an appointment never kept waiting on the telephone and never kept waiting to see gp. Cant find fault at all. Thank u to all the staff. To be highly praised and recomended.

I am and have been having serious problems with both obtaining and the accuracy of repeat prescriptions that I have requested. 1: The dosage rate of a prescription "recommended" by a Cardiology Consultant was not complied when the prescription was issued. 2: The dosage rate of a repeat prescription issued by MY GP was halved. 3: The failure of repeat prescription to be issued for external supplier for items that have ordered, despite having been using these product at this "dosage" for multiple years! What I find most troubling is the failure on each of these occasions for the Practice Pharmacist to either have courtesy or good manners to inform me or discuss with the reason/s leading to these arbitrary decisions. I'm also concerned that that the Pharmacist is varying the dosage rates prescribed by qualified persons without regard to the direct affect this may have or of it's affect upon other treatment that I may be having.
