I woke with crippling cystitis. Having phoned the surgery as soon as they opened a Dr phoned me back, discussed my condition and my prescription was prepared for collection immediately.

I had an extremely thorough examination with two medical students (one male and one female) from Cambridge University working alongside one particular doctor. The students assessed my chest infection problems and presented their findings to this doctor. The diagnosis resulted in medication and an unexpected analysis of a trigger allergic reaction to my pets. I felt very well looked after by all three medical staff and due to the fact that I was happy for the students to be involved, I received so much more time than I usually would have had for an appointment. I had all the time in the world to make sure all my symptoms were discussed and the medication was explained in detail and I was able to have a live demonstration of some of my treatment. I felt very cared for. Thankyou. | ||||||
