Have been registered with this surgery since 2011, and don’t have any complaints. Appointments are easy to get, including early before 9am and late after 5pm. The automated booking line is great to do this, as is the walk in saturday surgery, where you can been seen without even making an appointment. All staff i’ve seen have been respectful, informative and friendly. Having the pharmacy on site is also a bonus as living in a rural area it could be difficult to access this service otherwise. Best surgery around! |

In my 45 years of being with this Health Centre I have met almost all of the Doctors in the Practice & I find all have been polite, considerate & even though I talk too much, they don't make me feel rushed. For 4 years I have done considerable research into 'Functional' or 'Root Cause' medicine, and the revolution in understanding chronic disease which has evolved in the last 20 years. It is currently difficult to practice in the NHS as it is initially more time consuming, but most listen & help as possible. I have never encountered a "who do you think you are" type attitude as I understand can be found elsewhere. Three Cheers for this practice and if the Government doesn't irrevocably damage the NHS, maybe there will be more opportunities for Functional medicine in the near future. On going back pain for the past three years, and all they do is palm me off, every single time. I have no explanation to why I have this pain they keep telling dogo do pointless exercises that do not help in the slightest, not helping with pain relief just basically told me to deal with it, plus doctors rush you out the door before you have even finished |
