Had worries over chest/arm pains, contacted surgery and was called back by Doctor shortly after. Advised to attend immediately. Saw Critical Care practitioner - had ECG and other tests. Very relieved to be told there were no cardiac problems. Thanks so much to all for the excellent caring service - great to have the Critical Care facility! | ||||||

Flu gab
My sister and I both had our flu jab this morning.
Although the health centre was extremely busy every single person was treated as an individual and given a first class service.
All the staff involved are to be congratulated on their warm welcome and very efficient nursing staff.
Well done to all.

I highly recommend Botesdale Health Centre. Although it is a very busy health centre I can usually get an appointment when I need one. All of the doctors are very good and are easy to talk to. They always clearly explain all aspects of care and treatment , and I am treated with dignity and respect. I also find the nurses very approachable for more minor ailments and treatments. The dispensary staff are also extremely helpful. | ||||||
