I have been a patient with the surgery for some 30 years I have always had an excellent experience with all staff from the reception desk to the excellent doctors and nurses and when speaking to others feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful service. |

The administration of regular INR monitoring is efficient. The actual process of blood taking
is quick and usually painless whether undertaken by a practice nurse or one of the phlebotamists. |

I needed advice on a bad cut which had been treated at a&e at home prior to staying in Leiston on holiday. The receptionist was helpful and efficient and I was given an appointment for the next morning. The nurse who I saw was helpful and pleasant and re-dressed the wound, giving me advice as well. |
