I have always found the staff here very pleasant and helpful.Never had any problems with anyone being rude.You can get an appointment if are prepared to see any doctor not just your preferred one. I was visiting the area for only a short time and needed some medicine for a chronic condition. The team members at Saxmundham Health provided excellent friendly, rapid, professional service for which I am most grateful. | ||||||

Attended the surgery as staying in the area on holiday.
Seen as a temporary resident, all staff were very helpful and Nurse Practitioner I saw was very kind and took time to listen. | ||||||
