Alchester Medical Group - Victoria House Surgery

Attended appointment, all great until needed to change the prescription our doctor had prescribed (due to no availability at pharmacy) It was 12.55 (surgery closes at 1300 for lunch) My son needed the prescription as had ear infection. I was told it wouldn't be dealt with until 5pm and would need to go back then. I was in tears with frustration and asked the dispensary if they could just speak to the doctor. I was told nothing would be done now until after lunch at 1400 they would call if could do it quicker. I turned and saw the receptionist standing at the doors with her arms folded wanting to lock them. I was appalled. The care for my son wasn't even considered or a priority. I explained he had special needs and I could not wait or bring him back out at 5pm in the cold and dark to source his prescription. The receptionist looked at me with a very blank expression, no empathy whatsoever The surgery is let down by staff then employ front of house. This receptionist lacked people skills and in my experience very rude I filled in a complaint and forwarded it only to see it was dealt with by the Receptionist at the surgery

Trying to gain help is blasted hopeless and useless, I have asked Goggle for Alchester Surgery info, what did I get a range of phone numbers reams of info not relative to needs. There is a form to fill in and have no idea how or where, nervous about email as quite sharp your end. Months ago asked to see Doc Quarterly as tried to get Blue Badge, they said see Doc refresh as not been seen in a long time, my request, answer from Surgery was you do not do Blue Badge see Council. I emailed back saying you did not read email as I know you do not supply Blue Badge. NO ANSWER had no answer about an app for Dr Quarterly that was months ago see emails. Whoever designs this computer surgery protection format it is a joke ,I find a computer difficult words never heard of and circles it self. When you get past the waiting room Docs Nurses good but you fall down terribly at the first hurdle for that worth zero. scaysbrook42@gmail.com

I need a med review. Also copd has not been confirmed tho I have been given inhalers. You can spend all morning trying to make appointment with no luck
