I have been with the surgery for 18 years unfortunately and in 18 years, I don’t have anything positive to say. We don’t go to them unless it’s absolutely essential. The reception staff is rude and condescending. It is almost impossible to make appointments and if you miraculously do get an appointment the doctors are terribly unhelpful. Gave me a cancer scare and then left me worried for months without any help, didn’t even bother to call with results after numerous tests. The doctors are extremely incompetent, sadistic and unsympathetic. It is a wonder how some of them are even allowed to practice. | ||||||

I was in a very distressed state when I visited the Surgery ,and the Dr listened to me with concern and attention. She gave me a thorough examination and put me at my ease, and gave me much relevant follow-up material which I found most helpful. I left feeling that someone was on the same page as me, and one with whom I could feel quite relaxed Thank you again Dr | ||||||

After having emergency hip replacement surgery abroad, on my return I was seen by my local GP and they were very helpful in answering my questions and getting me in the system to see the right people to aid my recovery.
I left the surgery feeling more relaxed than when I arrived. | ||||||
