My medication has been stopped 3 times in the last year. It's simple cream that I desperately need for my skin and is only available otc. I'm assuming this is because of the cost of the item. I work so therefore I'm unable to call at 8 in the morning. The opportunities I have had to call I've been on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that there are no more appointments available. This is the only chance I have to get an appointment and I can't get 1. I really don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Also this Surgery almost killed me a few years ago by misdiagnosis. I had Pneumonia and was told on multiple occasions that it was just a chest infection. Not good when they are the people we depend on. | ||||||

I have recently moved back to Blyth from Newbiggin and can’t say enough about the caring and brilliant service I have received from one doctor in particular and receptionist at Newsham surgery. Can’t mention any names but they know who they are.
I have received a 5* service and have been treated with dignity and respect and the utmost care Thankyou Railway Medical.
A big thank you to receptionist at Newsham surgery who helped a lot when I moved from Newbiggin-by-the-Sea to Blyth and particular doctor who helped with my hip problem as I have had a stroke leaving weak left side and a lot of pressure on right hip. Can’t thank them enough for all their help and support since April, nothing is too much trouble and have been well looked after. I recommend this surgery to anyone service is outstanding | ||||||

How come you get told if you need to see the doctor you need to phone at 8am the same morning, i was on hold for 33 minutes and when i got through they told me they got nothing for today or tomorrow, then hung up on me, its a disgrace the system they got at newsham surgery. my wife is suffering from depression and needs to see the doctor, i did not even get the chance to explain when they hung up on me, disgraceful. | ||||||
