i am absolutely disgusted with this surgery !! The receptionist need training on customer care and also need to learn how to speak to people in a better way !! Service from the GP are awful you are never listened too they make it very clear you are in a time limit !! They write down what they want too on the computer without actually taking in what you are saying !! I think is disgusting that on my last visit I was told to go and have a massage as that’s all they could do for me, however he didn’t write that down when he said it !! I think I’m the process of changing it’s a shame the doctors before were really good !! I absolutely hate having to go to this surgery as they always make me feel like they are doing me a favour ! I’m only going because I have to | ||||||

Being petrified of doctors it was a big deal going to my registered surgery after calling constantly for 30min with no luck. Got to king George's scared and shaking to be told there was no appointments not even emergency ones. I was upset of course.... I drove to st Nicholas health centre to try... Was greeted by a lovely lady... she couldn't have been more helpful and almost got me an appointment and hour later.... but due to me needing my nhs number from king George's and being in the phone 20mins and hung up on I missed the appointment. She was so helpful and kind sent my info for triage and said await a call set me up on the system and apologised for missing the appointment slot . THANK YOU | ||||||
