At 17.38 Sky was checking my landline , at this time we phoned Meadows Practice and was advised they could not hear me, that was until we advised them Sky was checking the landline there and then, then just like magic they could hear me very clearly. Thank You SKY for your excellent service and proving to me that Meadows Practice in Fife are unprofessional and potentially Racist, because this happens to me with an English accent and not my husband who has a Scottish accent. Complaining about this behaviour will probably be ignored but we will see. You would not expect to be racially discriminated against in doctors surgery in Scotland but I have been proved to be wrong. | ||||||

If you make a complaint about the staff as I did due to the way I was being treated by reception staff, they make it near impossible for you to get a GP appointment, so you get neglected and they pretend they can't hear you on the phone. They get away with this because the doctors seem to condone this behaviour. So professional in every way, no wonder staff have been attacked at the GP surgery. I've never felt so well come by a practice. | ||||||

I’m a new patient and was rapidly running out of medication. Reception staff contacted my previous medical practice and a prescription was provided the following day. Thank you for your efficiency. | ||||||
