Having mental health issues for number of years... Advised by pharmacist to make appointment for change of medication. Appointment made. Cancelled by text day before telling me to phone next day and make another appointment. I was not well enough to do so. When I did phone I was spoken to like a piece of s***. Told I'd no chance as hadn't phoned when told . The phone lines are constantly engaged. Now they've closed their doors. Phone lines still engaged. No wonder people are becoming abusive!

I have been on a phone call for about 3 weeks from the doctors which I got told I would have one in about 2 days or that day but nothing. I put my prescription in last week and I get text messages from the doctors to call to make appointment which I did and to be told they have no space ok then when message me to say I need appointment. So told the receptionist about the message and she said well just phone back next week to see if there is any. I have phone today to be told there is appointments at all today Tuesday and Wednesday what the he'll is going on its a disgrace this practice. Phone Wednesday to see if they have appointments for Friday. GREAME MEDICAL CENTRE IS A DISGRACE AND JOKE

Absolutely shocking service for years. Receptionist Lynne rude beyond belief. Likes to try and diagnose patients herself over the phone. Call for medical help but receptionist get you up the pole, talk to you like complete crap and then say you abuse them when you’re not happy about them refusing to let you speak to a doctor. Almost impossible to get an appointment the receptionist will try and make you go to a chemist for treatment instead in most cases. I had a skin condition which took about two months to get proper treatment for after receptionists telling me they couldn’t help and told me to go to chemists. Eventually it had spread round my face in my eye up my arm then I was given instructions to send photos, twice. Never saw a doctor once about this but has now cleared eventually after trying an endless list of creams and tablets. Or even tell you to go to a and e the list goes on. It is beyond belief that this is allowed. Managers say receptionist in question is spot on. Today I was spoke to like an idiot when trying to get a repeat prescription and told by ‘office staff’ I’ve not taken them regularly and got a big lecture about medication, then phone slammed down. Had to go and demand talking to a manager to talk about this. Refused to leave until I seen someone. Manager came out with a prescription telling me how good a worker lynne is and that she was right. Lynne doesn’t know my situation at all and doesn’t have the knowledge to diagnose people or she would be called doctor lynne. But why give me a prescription if she was right. Complete joke had enough. This place is the worst you will find.
