Without doubt the worst medical practice in Scotland ! No help from staff,and when phoning up to make a complaint just told to got to their website. No chance to speak to the practice manager [MRS TELFER] | ||||||

Instead of telephoning after 8.30am, as it’s impossible to get through, I went to the clinic only to be told I had to phone. Why? This is ridiculous I only wanted to get a phone call from a clinical expert Re medication. Who’s running this set up. They need sacked. | ||||||

Didn't think it could get worse. I was wrong. Seems doctors can't cope with more than one item at a time. As I need help or advice on 3 items, seems I have to make 3 appointments. I had to wait 2 wks for the first which means it will be send of August before I get problems sorted. Latest, I now can't get a prescription I need which I asked for 9 days ago, just found out I need a review, but no one has been in touch. Just been told to phone on Monday to make an appointment. Which means spending about an hr on the phone and probably being told to come in for an appointment in the near future. I have 2 terminal illnesses and I'm attached to oxygen. Why is it impossible for the staff there to read my notes. | ||||||
