I am a new patient at this practice . I suffer from osteoarthritis which over time has caused increasing pain and sleep disturbance. After speaking on the telephone to a clinician an appointment was made for me to see Dr. Dhillon (hope that is correct spelling)who arranged an xrays and the increase in medication that I needed.The follow up from the xrays washeld by telephone by Dr.Akhtar.The whole process very good for which I thank you very much indeed! I have Autism and do terrible on phone consultation as to me I think everyone sounds Angry and I get confused and struggle to remember information I am needing to tell the doctor. They will not do in person consultations even after I said I struggle with phone calls,. They don't care about there disabled patents. | ||||||

My overall experience of medical input since diagnosed with three separate lung conditions 3 years ago has been nothing short for of disgusting. I have now been waiting for a re referral to respiratory clinic for 14 months despite worsening breathing issues. My GP has the insight despite not physically seeing me since wrongly diagnosing “some bronchial thing” his words, to then being admitted to hospital by ambulance with pneumonia and pleurisy. He has argued with me for yrs that my lung issues have a “modest” impact on my life with no interest in asking how my breathing is or if it has worsened. He seems to think I initially did not believe the findings of scans and tests to be accurate and this is my reason for asking for a re referral to respiratory clinic, assuming I am some irate female in a panic and repeating the findings of results from 3 years ago despite two of my conditions being long term chronic conditions that will worsen over time. I am now left with breathing issues that are impacting on everyday life causing extreme fatigue, breathlessness, low oxygen levels due to his disinterest , refusal to listen or allow me to voice my health concerns, laughing at me over the phone and hanging up twice telling me he did not have time for me. How this so called GP is still practicing considering I’m only one of the dozens of people he has chosen to give a substandard level of care to is quite shocking. I now refuse to contact my medical practice when ill as feel it is totally pointless as I’m left with no input or help and a feeling of upset. If I cannot put my health in the hands of the people trained and employed to try and help then where else is there to turn. Very very poor health service who i no longer trust in r have any faith in | ||||||
